Introducing a large volume of floods containing lots of minerals and suspended charges with different origins, would gradually alter physical and chemical properties of soil, almost by intense sedimentation and initiating soluble and fine materials to sediments. On the other hand, water spreading system would alter morphometric properties of alluvial fan by controlling water and sediments of upstream zone. Evaluation of physical and chemical properties of soil in Zahab plain watershed and spatial variation of its alluvial fan are the purpose of this research. In order to evaluate these properties, 42 samples and control samples were taken from altered and non-altered soil in depth of 20cm. And also in order to monitor spatial variation of alluvial fan Aerial Photo 1/55000 of 1955’s, photos of “landset ETM” satellite of 2000’s and Google Earth photos of 2012’s were used. Moreover complementary data and information were gathered by in-situ monitoring. Comparing the values of parameters, using ANOVA, significant deviations were observed in some parameters. There were not a considerable deviation in parameters such as Na, P, K, N, lime, ph and electrical conductivity, comparing samples and control samples (p>0.05). On the other hand, results showed a noticeable increase in clay particles and decrease in sand particles (p
