تحلیلی بر نقش مشارکت شهروندان در پایداری محله مورد پژوهی: محلات جماران و ولنجک

چکیده

مشارکت فعال و اثرگذار شهروندی، زمینه­های شکوفایی استعدادها و توانمندی­های شهروندان و ارتقای عملکرد مدیریت شهری را به دنبال دارد. به‌گونه‌ای که از نظر بسیاری از پژوهشگران و سیاست‌مداران توسعه روزافزون مشارکت مردمی بایستگی اجتناب‌ناپذیر نیل به شهری پایدار است. در دهه­های اخیر به دلیل وجود مشکلات متعدد، در کلان‌شهر تهران نیز بحث مشارکت مورد توجه ویژه­ای واقع شده است. بر این اساس این مقاله با روش پیمایشی-تحلیلی و مطالعات میدانی و کتابخانه­ای اقدام به جمع­آوری اطلاعات در سطح کارشناسان و ساکنان محله­های جماران و ولنجک جهت سنجش میزان مشارکت و ارتباط آن با پایداری نموده است. جهت سنجش نظر 14 کارشناس از مدل AHP و جهت تحلیل نظرات ساکنان در زمینه پایداری از نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شده است. در این راستا محققین جهت مطالعات میدانی اقدام به توزیع پرسشنامه در میان ساکنان محله­های جماران و ولنجک نموده و جهت تعیین حجم جامعه نمونه از جدول مورگان استفاده کرده‌اند. در محله جماران 361 و در محله ولنجک 377 پرسشنامه توزیع شده است. ابتدا مشارکت از ابعاد مالی، مشاوره‌ای، یدی مشخص و سپس ابعاد پایداری در سطح محلات تعیین شده است. برای تحلیل میزان ارتباط مشارکت و پایداری از آزمون پیرسون و جهت سنجش تأثیرگذاری متغیرهای پژوهش از آزمون رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج پژوهش گویای آن است که در کل مشارکت در محله جماران نسبت به محله ولنجک بیشتر می­باشد. در محله جماران مشارکت در بعد یدی و در محله ولنجک مشارکت از بعد مشاوره­ای بیشتر می­باشد. بیشترین میزان همبستگی میان مشارکت و ابعاد پایداری در محلات مورد پژوهش با بعد اجتماعی پایداری و کمترین میزان آن با بعد اقتصادی پایداری محله­ای می­باشد. در نهایت می­توان گفت با توجه به مشارکت بیشتر در محله جماران این محله پایدارتر از محله ولنجک می­باشد.
