جایگاه سرمایه اجتماعی در توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه‌های روستایی (مطالعه موردی: بخش بیضاء، شهرستان سپیدان)

چکیده

در دو دهه اخیر مفهوم سرمایه اجتماعی به واسطه ارتباطش با مؤلفه­های بنیادین اجتماعی شامل آگاهی، مشارکت، اعتماد، انسجام و شبکه اجتماعی در راستای توسعه پایدار جوامع به­ویژه جوامع روستایی مورد تاکید قرار گرفته است. لذا برای رسیدن به توسعه پایدار روستایی، برخورداری از سرمایه اجتماعی از ضروریات می­باشد. بر این اساس هدف اصلی مطالعه حاضر بر پایه تبیین نقش سرمایه اجتماعی در توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه­های روستایی بخش بیضا استوار می­باشد. این تحقیق پیمایشی با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و ابزار آن پرسشنامه است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، جمعیت ساکن در 85 آبادی بخش بیضاء شهرستان سپیدان فارس (36737 نفر) بودند که از این میان 299 نفر از روستاییان ساکن در 77 روستای دارای جمعیت بیش از سه خانوار در بخش بیضا، مبتنی بر فرمول کوکران، به شیوه انتساب متناسب و به صورت تصادفی ساده، به­عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای توصیف داده‌ها از آماره‌های میانگین، واریانس و انحراف معیار و برای تحلیل آنها از ضریب همبستگی کندال تائو بی و رگرسیون چندگانه استفاده شد. مطابق یافته‌ها ارتباط معناداری در سطح 99 درصد بین سرمایه اجتماعی با توسعه پایدار سکونتگاه­های روستایی وجود دارد. همچنین مولفه­های آگاهی، مشارکت، انسجام و اعتماد با تبیین 3/85 درصد واریانس به عنوان متغیرهای پیش­بینی کننده توسعه پایدار روستاهای بخش بیضا تعیین شدند.

Explanation the Role of Social Capital in Sustainable Rural Settlements Development (case study: Bayzaa District of Sepidan county)

چکیده [English]

In last two decades because of relating the concept of social capital with fundamental social components including social Awareness, participation, trust, coherence and networks has emphasized to societies sustainable development especially rural communities. Therefore achieving to sustainable rural development, social capital is essential. So the main purpose of this study was based on explanation the role of social capital in sustainable rural settlements development. This is a survey research that uses descriptive-analytical methods and a questionnaire as research tool. The statistical population was included all heads of households in 83 villages of Bayzaa District of Sepidan county of Fars Province. Among these population 260 heads of households were selected by Cochran formula and using the multi-stage random sampling as statistical sample. The Mean, variance and standard deviation to be used to describe the data and to analyze them Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis were used. The findings revealed a significant relationship between the components of social capital and the sustainable rural settlements development at 99% level. Also social participation, trust, coherence and networks were determined as predictor elements and explained 40.3% of variance of sustainable rural settlement development.
